The On-Surf project is a Mobilizing Program involving 14 National companies from different sectors of activity and 8 non-business entities of SI & I (including FCT Nova and CENIMAT / i3N), in a broad consortium, priority in the International Innovation Agenda, Surface Engineering. The project aims to develop and apply surface modification processes that promote advanced and innovative solutions in several sectors of activity, such as Automotive, Aeronautics, Molds and Tools, Health and Electronics. This project aims, through the mobilization of the different actors constituting the consortium, to implement a technological competence center under this strategic theme to catapult companies into the international market through innovative products, integrating new manufacturing and engineering processes.
