I3N PhD student received best poster award at EMRS conference
I3N has been officially created
Marco António Baptista Peres, PhD Student at I3N- Aveiro has been awarded best poster presentation prize at E-MRS (2008) Spring Meeting of the Materials Research Society (MRS) - symposium G. The work entitled «Analysis of the optical and structural properties of Eu doped GaN/AlN quantum dots and quantum wells» reports on current research being held at I3N on nanostructured wideband gap materials.
